How does the process work?
Referral
Pathways Pediatric Therapy accepts referrals from parents, physicians, early interventionists, psychologists, and other speech therapy practices.
Evaluation
Once a prescription is received from your child’s physician, and intake forms are complete, a full speech language evaluation will be administered in the natural environment (home, daycare, private school).
Therapy
Given a need for structured speech language therapy, the Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with you to develop an individualized plan of care and determine a regular therapy schedule.
Continuation
Therapy is provided on a regular basis until your child’s skills are developmentally appropriate.
Pathways Pediatric Therapy is glad to provide a free developmental screening per your request!
